I liked the fact the bungalow had sunbathing at the front and back of the property, the pool was lovely, any issues I had were dealt with quickly Also I was happy the bed had a good mattress, felt like a memory foam one I had a lovely stay , would go there again

The sofa needs replacing, but everything else was fine

No covering over pagola at front as this area was very hot during the day. Limited cooking facilities and cooking utensils.

Total absence of any kind of the nightlife, peace and quiet. Privacy of the bungalow and a wee terrace to come with it, lots of space around the pool, no sunbed wars whatsoever. Perfect for relaxed days in the sun.

As a solo traveller this was very good value, staff were great and very helpful, it was clean and regularly cleaned, situated for me at the right area, not too far from the beach and shops, I stayed 8 weeks with no complaints, just a better connection to the WiFi. I am returning for 8 weeks again

Central for everything. Basic but when weather good like it was who stays indoors. Pool lovely but freezing. Very friendly people staying there. Cleaners were lovely and came in 3 times a week. Definitely coming back next year.

Sofa in living room very uncomfortable. Could do with an air fryer as no oven. Could do with a bit of modernisation.

The property was in need of updating and tired. The staff on reception were not really helpful. We asked for a couple of things during the stay and none were provided.

The bungallows are located just a few minutes walking to the amenities and to the bus station to reach any part of the island. Beside Fuertesol on Tuesday and Saturday, there is a popular market, good for shopping. The bungalows are all sunny exposed, that it's good, especially when it's very windy and you can not go to the beach. Any bungalow has a little patio with a table and chairs to dining outside or have sunbedding. The beach is not far only 10 minutes walking. Inside the bungalow, I found the essential to cook, and I asked for other things at the reception, so it was perfect. The staff is very nice, polite and courteous, they accommodated all my requests.

The bar at the swimming pool closed too early and the swimming pool needs a TLC.

Great location, close to beach, shops, and evening entertainment, all within walking distance. 10min max in a taxi to the airport. There is a shopping centre and a mcdonalds about 10min walk away also. We had 2 adults and 2 children in one apartment. One child and one adult in another apartment. It was ideal for what we needed. The children had an absolute blast. Staff were lovely and friendly, as helpful as they could be. The pool area is clean (cold, salt water) and plenty of space to relax.

Pillows are bad. They are very thin and low, and you only get one. We did ask for extra pillows and told no as they didn't have any spare. We had no sweeping brush, so we weren't able to keep floor swept. (There was a mop, though) Wouldn't recommend having breakfast on site. Trying to book a taxi for more than 4 people is an absolute nightmare. Make sure you book a taxi in plenty of time (we waited for over 40 minutes past our booked time)

The property is about 15 mins walk to the coast. The property is very clean, lots of sockets and coat hangers. Nice kitchen which was stocked with crockery and cutlery but only one pan, which was a frying pan so difficult to boil eggs. There was a toaster and a microwave however the microwave was in need of renewing as it was a bit rusted and looked old and tired. A table and chairs were inside and the kitchen cupboards were lovely and clean.; the addition of a flat screen tv was a nice touch for evenings in. The sofa needed replacing as it dipped in the middle but again it was clean and we didn’t actually use it. The cleaner left spare bin bags and a tea towel which was useful, cleaning was very regular. The bathroom was a little tired but very clean and had a small bath and overhead shower and plenty of nice soft towels. Soap is not provided but that’s not an issue. Lots of wardrobe space and 2 very comfortable beds in the bedroom. The patio had 4 chairs and a table and 2 sunbeds however there are grey doves everywhere and because tourists feed them they hang about soiling everywhere . I had to mop the patio during our stay. One solution would be to remove the wooden overhead feature as the doves sit on there waiting to be fed. There is a pullout drying area and 2 doors into the property. The pool is huge and clean with masses of sunbeds however most of the headrests were broken. There is a bar/restaurant which we didn’t use but it was popular and convenient. Reception was very professional and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We would definitely stay again .

Massive cockroaches in our apartment. No egg turner. WiFi kept going off.

Great location, lovely staff, great pool and only 10 min from airport. Room was clean and bed comfy.

Rooms do need updating but for the price you can’t complain, if like us you want a cheap base with a pool in a good location for the sun this is adequate! If you’re wanting 4 star and modern this isn’t for you! Air con would be needed in the height of summer I’m sure..

It was very quiet and peaceful in the apartments, location was fine too, just few minutes walk to main shops and bars,and beach not far,approx 15 min stroll . The towels were changed every other day and bins emptied, we also had sun loungers on patio which was great, with a back door entrance with sunny area for later on in the day when patio was in the shade. I also note that the beds and pillows were surprisingly comfy, we slept really well.

It was a shame that all the building work was going on slap bang outside apartments as really dusty, unsightly and at to be honest not that safe to walk near when it got dark!, I understand work on the roads needs to be done but it's just not that pleasant there at minute. The patio we had was quiet and you could just see the pool a little which was great but seeing someone's 'false nails' that hadn't been cleaned up was not great neither, they were still there at the end of our stay,urgh. The guy on reception said we could ask if can keep room on , on our final day for few hours as had evening flight, but had to wait til 10am on that day, we were told no sorry so had to rush to pack despite the apartments being extremely quiet? As in almost no one round the pool at any time during our weeks stay? It was no great issue, except the courtesy shower room was not the cleanest, and no towels provided etc, no bench to put clothes or bags on and it was soaked everywhere from previous visitor to it.

The food court has been closed the last couple of times we have stayed, and its a inconvenience. The road works outside. A double bed would have been better then 2 singles.

The location was excellent; in walking distance from the centre but quiet. There was a nice pool and a bar serving light meals during the day and there are shops and bars even closer than walking into the centre.

Unfortunately there were major roadworks right outside our bungalow but this didn't affect our enjoyment of the pool in the centre of the site.
